FAMILY OPERATIONS INTEGRATOR

As a Family Operations Integrator at Mosaic, Zach makes sure the advice a family receives actually gets carried out. He works alongside the attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and bankers a family already relies on, tracks what each of them has promised and by when, and catches the places where one professional’s assumptions do not match another’s.

Zach brings fifteen years of experience to Mosaic. He spent the first decade of his career at BKD, now Forvis Mazars, where he became an Audit Senior Manager. He joined Connor Group as a Director in 2022 and served as interim controller for both publicly traded and privately held companies, leading them through their audits and fixing the reporting processes underneath them.

He has worked across a wide array of industries, much of it with privately and closely held companies, serving first-, second-, and third-generation owners, as well as first- and second-tier private equity firms.

Zach earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma City University. He is a licensed CPA in Texas and Oklahoma.

Outside the office, Zach cooks, cycles, plays golf, and follows college football.
