FAMILY OPERATIONS INTEGRATOR

As Family Operations Integrator at Mosaic, Will helps client families and their advisors stay aligned, informed, and moving forward together. As part of the Family Operations team, he coordinates priorities, strengthens communication, and supports the execution of each family’s goals, always with the relationship at the center.

Will brings 13 years of fundraising experience to Mosaic. Before joining the firm, he connected organizations with the families who support them, helping raise more than $150 million for charities across Texas. He worked closely with families on giving strategies, including planned gifts, bequests, donor-advised funds, and gifts of life insurance.

Will earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, with a minor in Business Administration, from the University of the Incarnate Word. He is completing both an MBA and a Master of Science in Finance at the University of St. Thomas in Houston, where he is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society.

Outside the office, Will values being fully present, whether he’s spending time with his wife and daughter, reading, writing, or staying active. He also gives back by serving on the board of his alma mater, St. Pius X High School.
