People & Culture Partner
Madelyne has spent her career asking a question that most organizations treat as an afterthought: why do some teams perform and others don’t?
The question started long before she worked in organizational development. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, she watched businesses succeed and fail based not just on strategy, but on leadership, communication, trust, and accountability. That pattern stuck — and shaped everything she has done since.
At Mosaic, that work takes shape across the people, leadership practices, and organizational rhythms that keep a fast-growing firm performing like the tight-knit team it has always been. She partners with leaders across the firm to strengthen talent development, improve team effectiveness, and build consistency in how Mosaic attracts, develops, and supports its people.
Before joining Mosaic, Madelyne served as Executive Vice President of Armenta, where she led teams across operations, production, sales, marketing, and finance and helped guide strategic growth and organizational alignment. She has also worked with a Dallas-Fort Worth private equity firm on stakeholder engagement and value creation, and with a nationally recognized executive coaching and consulting organization to develop high-performing leaders and scalable organizational systems.
Madelyne earned a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University, followed by an MBA focused on Talent Development and Organizational Change.
Outside the office, she is usually with her dog Emerald, planning a trip to the beach, hosting family and friends, or diving into a book on leadership or psychology. She believes organizations perform best when people feel connected to something bigger than themselves.
