Laure was there when Mosaic opened its doors. Since then, she’s held nearly every role in the organization — which means there isn’t a role, function, or process that she hasn’t built, fixed, or made better with her own hands. Today, as Partner and Chief Experience Officer, she owns two of the promises at the heart of Mosaic’s value proposition: unreasonable hospitality and incredible impact.

That means something different at a flat-retainer shared family office than it does anywhere else. When a family trusts you with everything they own and everyone they care about, the experience can’t be good — it has to be seamless. Laure sets the standard the team works to, keeps coordination running across every department and discipline, and holds Mosaic accountable to the level of care that entrepreneurial families deserve but rarely get.

This can’t be learned in a classroom — this has to be lived. Before Mosaic, Laure worked alongside the founding partners at a boutique advisory firm and played a meaningful role in growing and managing her family’s construction company. That combination — the rigor of financial planning and the chaos of running a family business — gave her a fluency with the complexities Mosaic’s clients live with every day. She doesn’t just understand the client experience in theory; she’s lived on the other side of it.

Outside of work, Laure is a serious food enthusiast — the kind who will read every review on Yelp, look at every picture, and then trek across the city for the right restaurant and cook her own version the next weekend. She’s most at home surrounded by her large, close-knit family, and she has never once in her life backed down from a good (and usually very loud) debate.
