PLANNING ANALYST

Kristin is a Planning Analyst at Mosaic, working with client families through the full planning process: reviewing tax, legal, business, and financial data, modeling the results, stress-testing assumptions, and helping families make informed decisions.

Before Mosaic, Kristin spent her career building and managing client relationships in the beauty and fashion industries. She had a long career with Nordstrom, where she absorbed a simple standard: leave it better than you found it. That standard still shows up in how she works. She later transitioned into financial planning and earned the CFP® designation.

Outside the office, Kristin is a mom to two kids and three poodles. She and her husband, Josh, stay busy shuttling between soccer, music lessons, and competitive dance. She is also involved in her church, volunteers with the Cub Scouts, and enjoys baking, party planning, and transforming her home into a festive wonderland each Christmas.
