MANAGING PARTNER

Jay is a founding partner of Mosaic who serves as the firm’s Managing Partner. While his duties span all aspects of the firm’s deliverables, he spends the majority of his time sharing Mosaic’s “story” with prospective clients and professional advisors in a business development capacity. Prior to forming Mosaic, Jay had nearly four decades of experience in financial services including some of the most influential firms on Wall Street.

A native Houstonian who attended St. John’s School, Jay graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, N.Y., where he majored in both economics and international relations. He earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation after completing course study at Rice University in Houston.

Jay is still involved with his alma mater, having served in various alumnae roles over the years. In addition, he and his wife Terri are dedicated supporters of several animal related charities in the Houston area. In his spare time, he likes to work out, travel, and is an avid follower of Houston sports teams.
