FAMILY OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

As a Family Operations Coordinator at Mosaic, Jacob works as part of the Family Operations team serving a dedicated set of client families. His job is to keep the financial picture current and accurate: tracking money movements and financial transactions across complex legal and financial structures, managing task workflows and CRM systems, and coordinating with outside professionals so the team always has what it needs to keep plans moving forward.

Before joining Mosaic, Jacob worked at Frost Bank as a Personal Relationship Banker, where he built lasting client relationships by putting their best interests first. Jacob graduated from the University of Houston with a BS in Biology and a minor in Mathematics. He is also pursuing an MS in Finance at the University of Houston–Clear Lake.

Outside the office, Jacob is a passionate Houston sports fan who enjoys spending time with friends and family. He’s a regular at the gym and loves traveling and exploring new restaurants with his fiancée.
