FIRM OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Iryna is responsible for Firm Operations at Mosaic. With the focus on process improvement and efficiency, her duties span across multiple areas of firm’s operations including reports on key business metrics, compliance, contracts, HR, and CRM development and enhancement.  

After earning her Bachelor’s in International Business from University of Houston, Iryna spent most of her career in sales, finance, and management in the automotive industry. 

Born and raised in Belarus, Iryna moved to Houston area over 20 years ago. She is married with two children, and they love traveling all over the world, participating in sports activities, and are big soccer fans. Iryna enjoys tennis, music, and exploring new cultures.
