FIRM OPERATIONS MANAGER

Iryna runs Firm Operations at Mosaic. Her responsibilities cover the operational backbone of the firm: business metrics and reporting, compliance support, contracts, benefits, vendor management, technology and software, and onboarding and offboarding. Her focus across all of it is process improvement and operational efficiency so that everyone at Mosaic can stay focused on client work.

Iryna earned her Bachelor’s in International Business from the University of Houston. She spent most of her career in sales, finance, and management in the automotive industry before joining Mosaic.

Born and raised in Belarus, Iryna moved to the Houston area more than 20 years ago. She is married with two children. The family loves to travel, stays active in sports, and are dedicated soccer fans. Iryna also enjoys tennis, music, and exploring new cultures.
