As Senior Investment Operations Analyst, Carolina gives Mosaic a clear, real-time view of each client family’s total holdings, from performance and risk to tax location and valuation. When complexity gets in the way, she builds and refines operational processes that keep things running without friction for both Mosaic and the families Mosaic serves.

Carolina brings more than 15 years of wealth management experience to Mosaic. Before joining the firm, she worked for Houston-based Registered Investment Advisors.

Carolina graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations & Affairs. She has also completed Investment Management Theory & Practice, a prerequisite to sit for the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation.

Carolina and her husband have two children who keep them on the move, regularly cheering at baseball and football games and heading outdoors together as a family.
