DIRECTOR OF FIRM OPERATIONS

Brian leads Firm Operations at Mosaic and works alongside the firm founders to design, plan, and implement business processes to achieve the firm’s vision as well as setting and monitoring comprehensive goals.

Before joining Mosaic, Brian had 15 years of experience with ConocoPhillips, where he worked in different roles across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and California. He was involved in Financial Reporting for Bakken, Eagle Ford & San Juan Basin assets, Controllers for Alaska & Canada, and Lower 48 Strategy & Portfolio Management.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.

When not in the office, Brian manages a portfolio of commercial real estate and is a member of the Economic Development Corporation in the city he resides in. In addition, he loves attending country concerts, two-stepping, and enjoying the great outdoors.
