ESTATE & LEGAL PROJECT MANAGER

Nick is Mosaic’s Estate & Legal Project Manager. His job is to keep estate plans on track from design to final execution, making sure trust funding, entity formation, document execution, and asset titling all happen on time and in the right order. He coordinates with outside attorneys, tax professionals, and financial institutions so the planning team can stay focused on strategy while nothing falls through the cracks.

Before joining Mosaic, Nick was the managing partner of Pelini Law Group, where he advised business owners and families on estate planning and transactional matters. His background also includes experience in finance and oil & gas, which adds a practical edge to his legal foundation.

Originally from Cleveland, Nick earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law. Outside the office, he enjoys watching and playing sports, cooking, live music, and spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs.
