FAMILY OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

As a Client Operations Coordinator at Mosaic, Jacy works as part of the Client Operations team serving a dedicated set of client families. Her job is to keep the financial picture current and accurate: tracking money movements and financial transactions across complex legal and financial structures, managing task workflows and CRM systems, and coordinating with outside professionals so the team always has what it needs to keep plans moving forward.

Jacy holds a BBA in Finance with a focus in Personal Financial Planning from the University of Houston and has completed her CFP® coursework.

Jacy is a native Houstonian. Outside the office, she enjoys gardening, watching tennis, and practicing origami.
