Keaton started at Mosaic as an intern. Today he leads the Client Operations Department, the team responsible for making sure sophisticated plans don’t just get designed but actually happen, in the right order, at the right time, with the right people, and without things falling through the cracks.

Beyond managing the department, Keaton owns several key client relationships directly, mentors junior team members, and builds the internal systems and processes that keep complex, multi-advisor situations moving forward without friction.

Keaton earned his BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Houston Bauer College of Business and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.

Outside the office, Keaton enjoys cooking, reading, and strategy games.
