Jay is retired from his day-to-day role at Mosaic. Before Mosaic, he spent nearly three decades at some of the largest firms on Wall Street.

A native Houstonian, Jay attended St. John’s School and went on to graduate from Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, N.Y., where he studied economics and international relations. He later earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation through Rice University.

Jay remains active with his alma mater and, with his wife, supports several animal-related charities in the Houston area. Outside of that, he enjoys working out, traveling, and following Houston sports teams.
