OPERATIONS MANAGER

Vanessa is the Operations Manager at Mosaic whose duties include working alongside the firm founders to design, plan, and implement business strategies to achieve the firm’s vision as well as setting and monitoring comprehensive goals for business growth and success. Vanessa earned her Bachelor’s in English Rhetoric from Texas A&M University and her Master’s in Education from the University of Michigan. She has obtained her CFP® certification and joined Mosaic in 2021 after working a decade in education and two years at Vanguard.

A native Houstonian, Vanessa found her way back to her hometown after surviving the snowy winters of Michigan and the scorching Arizona summers. Outside of the office, she enjoys attending music and theatre events as well as spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
